Pilates

Pilates class that beautifully blends mindful movement with gentle yoga stretches, perfect for all fitness levels. In this uplifting session, we'll use 2lb weights provided by us to add a fun challenge while focusing on building strength from the inside out. Very similar to Yoga Sculpt.

We’ll begin with exercises that enhance core stability and encourage overall well-being. Throughout the class, we’ll incorporate some yoga stretches.


This class is all about creating a positive, supportive environment where you can connect with yourself and find strength and balance. Bring your mat, and let’s flow together in this rejuvenating experience that encourages mindful movement and self-discovery.
