This 4-week series is perfect for those new to yoga or looking to refine their practice. Each 50 minute class includes education on yoga philosophy, hands-on guidance for foundational postures, and breathing techniques to enhance your well-being. Learn how to apply skills on and off the mat. We discuss the 8 Limbs of Yoga and how they relate to you today. You’ll also learn how to use yoga blocks, straps, and pillows to support and deepen your practice. Complimentary water is provided!
