Unwind from your day and ease into your evening with our brand-new Restorative Yoga class.

This calming class blends gentle Vinyasa movement with deeply restorative postures to help you let go of the day’s stress and prepare your body and mind for a restful night. We’ll move slowly through just a few poses, allowing time to breathe deeply, settle in, and fully experience each posture.

Expect soothing Sound Bowl vibrations, a warm lavender towel during savasana, and an atmosphere of total relaxation. Bring a blanket if you’d like extra comfort.
