Hi, I’m Brittany Simmons, Owner, Yoga Teacher, and Registered Dietitian! At OneZen Wellness, we’ve created a safe, non-judgmental space—a place where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling stronger and more empowered in both body and mind.
Whether you join us in person or online, our classes guide you through dynamic movement, breathwork, and meditation, helping you release what no longer serves you and step into your fullest potential.
As a Registered Dietitian, I offer expert guidance to help you cultivate a healthier, more mindful relationship with food, free from guilt or restriction. Together, we focus on nourishment, balance, and practical, sustainable choices that support your overall wellness. This is not weight loss counseling. It's deeper and helps you break the bonds of emotional eating and discover intuitive eating. This is an anti-diet approach. This is a safe space for those recovering from disordered eating.
At OneZen Wellness, we believe you don't need to improve. This is self-discovery and awareness of what you already have and who you were meant to be.
OneMind. OneBody. OneZen.

Can I do yoga if I have a lot of chronic pain and am not flexible?
YES! You are the exact person that is more than welcome to come. Our teachers are trained and experienced in helping people with limitations be able to participate in yoga and make it feel good and therapeutic. Start here- Yoga Flow Level 1, Relax and Restore, and Stretch and Soothe. You will especially love our massage therapist led class- Stretch and Soothe!
What can I expect in yoga classes?
At OneZen Wellness, every teacher brings their own unique style, so we encourage you to explore different instructors—even for the same type of class! No matter where you are in your yoga journey, there’s a class for you. Here’s what to expect:
Gentle stretch and flow class. Perfect for those with tension, sore muscles, and needing to release it all.
You are free to keep your practice at a level 1 with modifications, or take it up a notch with optional advanced postures. You will receive a cold lavendar eucalyptus towel for your savasana.
A high-energy class incorporating 2-pound hand weights (which somehow feel like 20!). Expect small pulses and controlled movements within poses for a total mind-body empowerment experience—not for weight loss, but to help you feel strong and confident. And yes, cold towels included!
Similar level as Stretch and Soothe but led by a yoga instructor. This is a restorative yoga class.
Led by a licensed massage therapist, this class targets common areas of tension and stress through deep stretching. Expect hands-on assists to help you individualize your stretch—or simply let the instructor know if you prefer not to be touched.
A consistent sequence of poses based on the traditional Bikram series—but without the extreme heat! Since the class follows the same structure each time, you’ll build confidence and ease in the poses week after week.
No matter which class you choose, our goal is to create an inclusive, empowering, and stress-free experience. We can’t wait to see you on the mat!

Strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility with this mindful, low-impact workout. Using controlled movements, breath, and the option of adding 2lb weights, you’ll build long, lean muscles while enhancing balance and body awareness. Every class closes with a relaxing savasana, leaving you grounded and refreshed.
What do I need to bring to class?
Bring your own yoga mat, water and towel. You might get a little sweaty in the level 2 classes, but don't worry... you'll get that nice cold lavender eucalyptus towel after a yoga practice to feel amazing in your Savasana relaxation at the end. You will have easy access to bathrooms. There are complimentary bottles of water for members if you forget it at home... or you are just extra thirsty that day! We also have some blocks, straps, bolsters and a few extra mats that you can use.
What type of nutrition counseling do you offer?
