Brittany Simmons

Hi, I’m Brittany Simmons, owner of OneZen Wellness—a Registered Dietitian, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.

I fell in love with Vinyasa yoga in 2018 while working to improve my gut health and find balance in life. Through yoga, I’ve deepened my understanding of my body and well-being, realizing just how connected movement and nutrition truly are.

Teaching brings me so much joy, and my approach to nutrition reflects the same philosophy as my yoga practice—honoring your body, building a healthy relationship with food, and embracing intuitive living.

I hope you find strength, confidence, and balance here at OneZen Wellness. Can’t wait to move with you!

Reann Parker

Reann Parker is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and she received her Pilates certification through Balanced Body. She is trained in vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga, and mat and reformer Pilates. Reann’s classes focus on helping others connect with the inner selves, and to find freedom through their breathe and movement. During the day, Reann is a middle school English teacher, and she also enjoys painting, listening to music, reading, cooking, and playing with dogs.

Tiffany Batey

Tiffany is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She went to Blue Cliff School of Therapeutic Massage in Louisiana and graduated in 1997. She has worked on cruise lines, local salons and now has her own space for individual massage therapy in Gulfport, MS. She was put on this planet for this work. She loves helping people. Her favorite thing about her job is being able to provide a 100% non-judgmental safe space for her clients to release all of their tensions. She believes that emotions, stress, and tensons can cause physical problems if they are not released. And that's what she's here for!

Cynthia Lupton

Cynthia became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) through YogaMu in 2025 and has a passion for yoga since she was 12. She is trained in vinyasa, hatha, kids, and yin yoga. Cynthia loves sharing her love for yoga with others and helping explore movement as a nervous system regulation technique. Besides practicing yoga, Cynthia can be found during the day working as a Marine Biologist, volunteering with CASA of Mississippi, reading, or sketching/painting her travel adventures.

Jessica Holden

Jessica Holden is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) trained in power yoga, vinyasa, and yin. She completed her 200-hour training in Bend, Oregon, and is currently pursuing her RYT 500 with Shanti Yoga School at OneZen Wellness. The yogic principle of ahimsa guides her life on and off the mat. Her classes create space for students to explore yoga as a practice of compassion, connection, and growth. Outside the studio, Jessica works as a Marketing Manager for a plant-based education organization. She loves traveling, baking, learning about plants, eating Vietnamese food, listening to The Prodigy, and spending as much time as possible with her dog, Wilbur.
