Flow like the fish and discover nirvana at Fin & Zen Yoga, Mississippi Aquarium's monthly fitness event. Experience yoga in the Aquarium's most captivating setting, Aquatic Wonders. Take in the serene sights of sharks, stingrays, reef fishes and other sea life while you dive into body and mind alignment. Yoga Instructor Brittany Simmons will lead participants through Vinyasa yoga - a creative style of yoga that link breath and movement together in a flowing sequence. The event starts before the Aquarium opens to the public.
