3 Month OneZen Teacher Bridge

You’ve completed your 200-hour or 300-hour yoga teacher training.
You’ve learned the poses, the philosophy, the sequencing.

But stepping into the front of the room? That still feels like a leap.

The OneZen Teacher Bridge is designed to carry you across that gap.

This is a real-world apprenticeship for certified yoga teachers who are ready to move beyond training and step into confident, in-person teaching—without doing it alone.

What Makes This Different

Inside the Bridge, you’ll gain experience in actual classes, receive personalized feedback, and build the confidence that only comes from doing—not just studying.

What You’ll Experience

Unlimited Yoga Classes (In-Studio + Online)

Immerse yourself in the OneZen Wellness community with unlimited access to all classes.

Experience different teaching styles, pacing, and energy—while beginning to shape your own.

Your Core Class (Weekly Apprenticeship)

You’ll choose one class each week as your anchor.

During this class, you will:

• Shadow and observe the instructor

• Assist with props, setup, and student support

• Learn how a class flows in real time

• Gradually guide portions of the class

From your first cue to leading a full sequence—you’ll build confidence step by step.

Guided Teaching Experience

You won’t be thrown in. You’ll be guided in.

As you progress, you’ll begin leading parts of class in a supportive, real environment where growth feels safe and natural.

1:1 Mentorship + Feedback

After each core class, you’ll receive:

• 15 minutes of one-on-one feedback

We’ll refine:

• Cueing and clarity

• Voice and presence

• Sequencing and pacing

• Confidence in the room

This is where your teaching truly starts to click.

Build Real Teaching Confidence

You’ll develop the skills that matter most:

• Speaking with clarity and confidence

• Creating intentional, safe sequences

• Reading the room and adapting in real time

• Holding space with authenticity

Program Options

1 Month Bridge ($249)

For certified teachers ready to step in, practice multiple times per week, and build confidence quickly.

With consistent participation, many apprentices feel ready to begin teaching within this first month.

3 Month Bridge (Broken into monthly payments- Select this as your Package)

For those who want more repetition, refinement, and time to fully embody the role of a teacher. Great if you cannot commit to more than 1-2 days per week.

Teaching becomes more natural, intuitive, and grounded through continued practice and mentorship.

Completion + Opportunities

Upon completion, you will receive:

• Opportunity to audition to teach at OneZen Wellness
