Yoga Flow Level 1&2

Vinyasa yoga class designed for those wanting to deepen their yoga practice. Move with your breath as you build heat from the inside out using Ujjayi pranayama, explore poses that cultivate strength and flexibility, and challenge both body and mind at your own pace.
